Q. Where can I find my membership number?

A. You can find your membership number printed on your Escape Club card. If you do not have your card handy, you can all the Central Reservations & Rewards office on 1300 650 464 (Aus) or 0800 700 433 (NZ) during business hours to retrieve your membership number.

Q. What if I have entered my membership number and email address but I am still unable to login?

A. If you have double checked your entry for typing errors and still certain that these are the correct details. Please update your details for your Escape Club account.< Update your details now> link to update your details page.

Q. What if I don't have an email address?

A. It is mandatory for all Escape Clubs members to provide a valid email address. To update the email address associated with your Escape Club membership please login and proceed to the /my profile' page.
